Warranty

Any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty runs for one year from the date you received the item.

This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach. (For information on how to prevent fading or discoloration, consult our manual "Care Tips From Counterpoint Carpet," available free from your Counterpoint dealer.)

Tel-Sentry Inc.,  will replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. 

Contact us via e-mail at sentryplugnblock@gmail.com. A service representative will get in contact with you to take any necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns

Return
You have 30 calendar days to return the item you purchased from the date you received it, in order to be eligible for a refund.In addition, your item must be in the same condition you received.  Your item must be in the original packaging. Lastly, you need to return the item with either receipt or proof of purchase.After 30 days, we will not be able to give you a refund. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If it is within the return policy, we initiate a refund to you credit card (or original method of payment).  When you receive the credit will mainly depend on your card issuer’s policy. 

Return item Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Defective product
Tel-Sentry has two years manufacturer warranty of its product.  If the product you returned is deemed to be defective by our inspection, we will send you a replacement.
